After purchasing a 1967
Bungalow on Lake San Marcos we had some major renovations
planned. First and foremost was the kitchen. We
interviewed four contractors and upon meeting Michael
(we) fell in love. His energy, personal attention
to detail, passion for his trade and vision cemented
the quest. His crew is as dedicated as their leader
and puts in the hours and effort to get the job
done, which by the way came in under the estimated
completion date and on budget. Michael should be
proud that with his strong communication skills
and the knowledge of 25 years in the business he
can bring his solid reputation to the table. He
endeavors to make his clients happy with his work
as he shuts the door. I recommend Michael Bryson
and regard him as a dear friend. |

Chris and I would like to thank you from the
bottom of our hearts on a job well done on the
remodel of our home. What a great team you have.
We were treated like family from the first time
we walked into your office to the completion of
the job. Jesse and Oz are awesome and very patient
with us. They helped us get everything we wanted
within our budget and more. Our friends and family
are in awe of the transformation from old to new.
We are so enjoying the new kitchen, great room,
entry way and bedroom. Once again a big Thank You

Michael Bryson is an extraordinary builder. When
we decided to renovate our 18- year-old master
suite, we interviewed several builders before meeting
and hiring Michael. At first meeting it was clear
to us that he was experienced, enthusiastic, professional,
and less expensive than the others. We were immediately
impressed with his experience, thoroughness, and
design ideas. We had several complex problems in
our design that had intimidated other builders.
Michael saw theses issues as challenges and readily
handled them. His crew was equally impressive.
They were meticulous, orderly, efficient, communicative,
and responsive to our input. The project was completed
on time, even after we expanded our original designs
significantly. We are far more pleased with the
outcome then we ever imagined we could be. Needless
